Query Management

  1. Click the Select Action drop down list
  2. Click Query Management
    Select Query Management
  3. Click on the Query ID to open query
    Click Query ID
  4. Resolve the query by:
    1. Entering a New Value (changing current value in database)
      1. Enter response in New Value field
      2. Provide Reason for Change
      3. Click Save
    2. Force Close (leaving current value in the database)
      1. Enter documentation in Force Reason field
      2. Click Save

    Resolve Query
